Ingredients
- 3 eggs
- 1 cup milk
- ½ cup Gluten Free Self Raising flour
- 2 dsp melted butter
- salt & pepper
- 1 onion (chopped)
- 120 gm ham or cooked bacon (chopped)
- 1 cup grated cheese
Method
- Mix eggs, milk, flour, butter, salt and pepper together
- Mix in all other ingredients
- Place in greased pie dish
- Cook in 220ºC oven for 20 minutes
- Drop to 180ºC for 15 minutes
SUGGESTION: Serve with lettuce and sliced tomato & cucumber
