Teriyaki Maninade

Combine together & mix well:*
  • 1/4 cup cooking oil
  • 1/2 cup soy sauce [Fountain is the only brand I know which is GF]
  • 1 heaped tbsp brown sugar
  • 2 tsp minced garlic
  • 2 tsp minced ginger
  • 1 tbsp Saki, mirin, or sherry <= in order of preference
* This is great with rump steak. Place above ingredients in a seal-able container. After mixing the marinade thoroughly in the container, add the rump steak, seal, and shake. Keep in fridge until ready to cook. Shake again occasionally. Marinade for at least two hours.
