Teriyaki Marinade for Chicken or Beef Steak

Combine together & mix well:
  • ½ cup cooking oil
  • 1 cup GF soy sauce
  • 3 tbsp brown sugar
  • 3 mashed cloves garlic
  • 1 tbsp grated fresh ginger root
  • 2 tbsp Saki, mirin, or sherry <= in order of preference
Serving Suggestion. This marinade is great with rump steak. Place above ingredients in a sealable container. After mixing the marinade thoroughly in the container add the rump steak seal and shake. Keep in fridge until ready to cook. Shake again occasionally. Marinade for at least two hours.
