We always have a 'stack' of left over crusts from both ends of GF bread loaves stored in our freezer waiting for use as bread crumbs in various recipes. They can also be used for making croûtons.

  • Bread crusts from the ends of GF loaves
  • Cooking oil spray
  1. Spray a biscuit tray with oil
  2. Cut crusts into 1.5 cm cubes
  3. Place on tray and bake in oven at 200 C for 20 minutes (no need to preheat) or until brown
