Brown Rice Breakfast with Apple Sauce
Ingredients
1 cup cooked brown rice
1/2 cup unsweetened apple sauce
1 banana, sliced
1/2 cup yogurt
Method
Mix brown rice & apple sauce in a breakfast bowl
Place banana slices evenly over the top
Microwave on high for 1 min 30 sec
Top with yogurt, serve
