Brown Rice Breakfast with Apple Sauce

Ingredients
  • 1 cup cooked brown rice
  • 1/2 cup unsweetened apple sauce
  • 1 banana, sliced
  • 1/2 cup yogurt
Method
  1. Mix brown rice & apple sauce in a breakfast bowl
  2. Place banana slices evenly over the top
  3. Microwave on high for 1 min 30 sec
  4. Top with yogurt, serve
