Brown Rice Breakfast
Ingredients
1/2 cup cooked brown rice
1/4 cup milk
pinch cinnamon
1 tbsp sultans or raisins
1 tbsp sliced almonds
1 tbsp maple syrup
Method
Combine in breakfast bowl
Microwave for 50 sec
Serve with 1/2 cup yogurt
