Apricot Chicken



  1. Preheat oven to 180°C
  2. Lightly coat chicken with flour
  3. Mix apricot nectar with French Onion Soup Mix and dried apricots
  4. Pour into casserole dish
  5. Add chicken and turn them over to make sure they are coated
  6. Bake for approx 45 minutes
  7. Serve with rice and your choice of veggies
