Corn Couscous

Ingredients:
  • 1 cup corn couscous
  • 1 1/2 cups water
  • 1 Tbsp olive oil
  • 1 Tbsp butter/marg
Method:
  1. Add couscous, water & oil to a microwave rice cooker
  2. Mix together with a fork until all lumps removed
  3. Microwave on high for 5 minutes
  4. Mix in butter or marg with a fork
  5. Just before serving, microwave for 30 seconds
  6. Fluff up with a fork before serving
