Rum Balls

Ingredients:
  • 6 GF WeetBix
  • 3 tbsp cocoa
  • 1/2 cup desiccated coconut + some extra for coating the balls
  • 1 tin condensed milk
  • 1 cup mixed fruit
  • 2 tbsp rum
Method:
  1. Mix all ingredients thoroughly  together in a bowl
  2. Place in refrigerator for at least 10 minutes
  3. Form into small balls and roll each in extra coconut to coat evenly
  4. Store in fridge & leave for at least 12 hours before serving
